Kevin's substantial experience is in minor impact fraudulent motor vehicle tort
actions, property and casualty litigation and bad faith actions against insurers.
He effectively employs sophisticated legal arguments as well as a tenacious presentation
of the facts of the case to get results for clients. Kevin also regularly handles
commercial litigation matters on behalf of corporate clients.
Kevin is actively involved in his local Little League, school activities and the
Havertown/Merwood Park Civic Association.
