Kelly Fox is a partner at the Philadelphia law firm of Gerolamo, McNulty, Divis & Lewbart. She received her B.A. in English Writing and Political Science from East Stroudsburg in 1994 and her J.D. from Widener University in 1997.
Following law school Kelly served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Esther R. Sylvester in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. Since completing her clerkship, Kelly has been actively litigating motor vehicle and premise liability cases in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Kelly also has experience in medical malpractice and bad faith litigation.
She has handled cases from the district court level up to and including jury trials and appellate work. Kelly is also a frequent lecturer at Continuing Legal Education seminars and was elected as a Super Lawyer “Rising Star” for 2010 and 2011.
Kelly makes her home in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania with her wonderful husband, 7 year old son and 4 year old daughter.
