Daniel T. Lewbart is a founding partner in the insurance defense firm of Gerolamo McNulty Divis & Lewbart, with offices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Lewbart manages the firm’s workers’ compensation practice, but has also handled over 50 jury trials to verdict.
More specifically, Mr. Lewbart and his firm have litigated Civil RICO actions on behalf of insurance companies against fraudulent medical providers for unlawful billing practices. Mr. Lewbart has lectured on the topic of insurance fraud related to workers’ compensation matters.
Mr. Lewbart is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, workers’ compensation division.
