Dan has extensive civil litigation experience in both federal and state court,
at the trial court and appellate levels. He specializes in the areas of medical malpractice,
products liability, civil rights, employment law and motor vehicle negligence. Dan
has worked in a civil defense litigation firm since graduation from law school. He
employs an aggressive and pragmatic approach to ensure the best results possible
for his clients. Prior to attending law school, Dan served as a Captain in the United
States Marine Corps from 1983 to 1988.
Dan is a basketball coach for the local elementary school and serves as a lector
at his church. Dan also serves as a solicitor for a local youth sports organization.
